Finned tubes by rolling

Size and construction of the air coolers depends on the sufface of heat exchange, which consists of finned tubes. Finned tubes serve to transfer the maximum heat power on the minimum surface, with the minimum resistance of the air.

 

In air coolers we use tube bundles with tubes finned by means of integrated cold rolling process technology. We offer a wide range of tubes of developed internal and external areas, and using them in heat exchangers guarantees high heat efficiency with simple, compact structural design and long term reliable operation.

 

Diagonal cold rolling of monometal and bimetal finned tubes is a technology of the highest grade of advancement of technical and technological theory, and it enables to roll finned monometal aluminium and copper tubes, as well as bimetal ones, in assortment and quality on the level of parameters of the renowned world class producers. Since the finned tubes with high fins are used in exchangers cooled with air in chemical installations, petrochemical installations and power industry, they meet high requirements of operation.
