Finned tubes with lamellas

 

The characteristics of lamella include very high mechanical strength and temperature endurance. Fins and technological tubes may be made of aluminium, copper, carbon steel or austenite steel, which enables to use them in chemically aggressive environments and in high temperature. They may be produced with different length, sizes and shapes, which enables to increase greatly the heat exchange surface.

It is an optimal solution, especially for fan coolers. Replacing standard aluminium fins with lamellas we may obtain:

• Higher efficiency of heat conduction
• Maintenance of efficiency of heat conduction on the same level throghout the whole period of the device operation
• Easy and non damaging cleaning of the spaces between the lamellas

The technology of lamella manufacturing developed by us enables an easy and cheap production.
