Quality and warranty

Quality of our services

For all the specialist services we provide you with, we have authorizations which enable us to construct even the most challenging pressure devices and steel constructions.

Taking care of high quality of our products, we verify and evaluate our suppliers on a regular basis. To ensure high quality of the materials used and the services provided, as well as high level of customer service, we carry out regular auditing and inspections of our suppliers. The materials that we use meet all the required standards and regulations, and they have all the required control documents, such as approvals, certificates, attestations etc.

We are glad to inform our current and future Clients, that in order to implement the plan of systematic development and improvement of our services and the company organisation, taking care of the high level of our Clients' satisfaction, we implemented the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008.

Warranty

The devices we deliver have at least 24-months' warranty. 

Upon Client's request, the contract may be subject to bank guarantee for proper implementation, or other type of guarantee measures, up to the order value.
