Reliability and safety of services is the underlying standard of work with our customers. Thus, we are pleased to inform our current and future customers that we have been granted TUV Rheinland certificate, confirming implementation by our company of Quality Management System acc. to ISO 9001: 2008 standard in the scope of design and manufacture of pressure devices and steel constructions.

We delivered 4 tube inserts for heat exchangers to Orlen Oil Sp. z o. o. concern for Furfurol installation in Płock. This is the next significant company, in Poland and abroad, which entrusted us.

We received an order for realization and delivery of pipeline from Siemens company. Pipes dimensions from DN60 to DN350. Overall weight ca. 20 t.

We expanded our design department by an additional position adapting its abilities to recently increased manufacturing capability.

We signed a contract for construction of a new nitric acid loading station "ready to use" in Zakłady Azotowe „Puławy” SA.

The scope of the contract: preparation of the technical documentation, industrial sewage discharge, full airtight sealing of fumes during medium pouring, reinforced concrete tray for cistern, support construction along with foundation, filling station (including loading arm with airtight sealing for cistern filling and fully automated loading control system), connecting nitric acid pipeline to the new filling station, disassembly of the old filling station, approvals for fire protection, occupational health and safety, transport technical supervision, technical supervision office, compliance of the pressure elements with Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC, compliance of the devices with Machinery Directive 98/37/EC.

This modernization is carried out according to the Minister of Transport Resolution of 20 Sept. 2006 on technical conditions of the technical supervision which should be met by devices for filling and emptying of transport containers.

In the period between january and September 2010 we realized for PKN Orlen SA 14 orders for process devices and their elements (casings, chambers, tube bundles of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, tube bundles with ribbed tubes of air coolers, column plates). For their production we used different materials, including construction steels and boiling steel, as well as acid-proof and Monel 400.

Currently we are carrying out next 3 orders for PKN Orlen SA.

We have expanded our offer, directing it to the repair services companies and companies producing process devices for refinery, petrochemical, chemical, gas and energy sectors: tube sheets, flanges, tees and other elements of industrial pressure devices, heat exchangers and pipelines.

We specialize in delivery of non-standard elements, manufactured for Client's individual order according to technical designs. The elements are stamped, milled and drilled (including rings in openings of tube sheets) by means of CNC machines.

We delivered to Zakłady Azotowe „Puławy” S.A. the second of two ordered air coolers of synthesis gas. The contract was fulfilled according to its contents and expectations, which was confirmed by the relevant references.

We delivered two fan oil coolers to PNiG NAFTA Sp. z o.o. The rotor is fixed directly on three-phase motor, with PP plastic blade, reinforced with glass fibre, work temperature 100 degrees C. The complex is installed in steel housing with protective net.

In order to ensure high quality of our services and effective implementation of Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 in our Company, we started a process of systematic verification and evaluation of our suppliers. 
To guarantee high quality of the materials used and the services delivered, as well as high level of customer service, we carry out regular auditing and inspection visits by our suppliers.

We supplied Zakłady Azotowe „Puławy” S.A. with the first of two ordered synthesis gas air coolers. Delivery of the second cooler is planned for January 2010. Implementation includes calculative analysis and completion of concession-realization documentation.
