Device description: pressure condenser of Phosgene Pos. 102-1a,b is constructed of a bunch of tubes located in a jacket Ø 916 mm and closed with tube-sheets on both sides. On the condenser jacket there is a corrugated compensator incorporated for compensation of heat elongations between tubes and the jacket. Tube bundle is closed from the top with a head with N1 ferrule of vapour inlet, and from the bottom side with a chamber with ferrules N3 of vapour outlet and N2 of condensate drain. On the jacket of the exchanger tube part there  ethylene glycol inlet N4 and outlet N5 ferrules. Glycol operating temperature: -17°C / -23°C. Phosgene operating temperature: 25°C / -15°C.
