Tube bundle consists of fixed and floating tube sheet connected with a system of exchanger pipes and floating header fixed with header and loose flanges to floating tube sheet. The floating header is made of ellipsoidal head welded to a flange.

Tube sheets and inner surfaces of floating header are protected against corrosion with Belzona material.
